Die Mieten sind auf Rekordniveau, die Zahl der Vermietungen nicht. INCASÒL registrierte 57.158 Mietverträge in Barcelona im Jahr 2021 und 30.789 im Jahr 2025 — ein Rückgang von 46 %.
Gezählt werden hinterlegte Mietkautionen, also registrierte Vermietungen, nicht verfügbare Wohnungen. Die Reihe beginnt 2015, deshalb setzen die Balken später ein als die Preislinie. Das Vergleichsjahr entscheidet: gegenüber 2019 beträgt der Rückgang 40%, gegenüber 2015 24%, und 2021 war die Erholung nach dem Lockdown und der Höchstwert der Reihe. Wir veröffentlichen beide Zahlen und behaupten keine Ursache.
