Ask your assistant what rent actually costs in Barcelona
An AI assistant will answer a question about Barcelona rents whether or not it knows. Connect this and it answers from contracts registered with the Catalan government instead — with the quarter and a source attached.
Without it
“Rent in Gràcia is around €1,200–1,600 a month.” A plausible range, from training data of unknown age, with nothing to check it against.
With it
“Gràcia is €18.08 per m² per month — about €1,356 for 75 m². That is 7% above the city average of €16.89.”

What it will not tell you
Not what a landlord may legally charge — that depends on the address, the floor, the build year and the energy rating, none of which this data holds. Every figure is an average of registered contracts, never an asking price, and always stamped with the quarter it describes.
